SHOWN THE WORLD...!
India Has Proved Its Might!
By Dr Sunil S Rana
India stands today not just as the world's largest democracy but as a rising economic and military power; self-reliant, resolute, and robust. A nation that once struggled under colonial rule is now making headlines for economic growth, technological innovation, and diplomatic assertiveness. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has shown the world what strategic foresight looks like when backed by political will and national unity.
In a world where might is right, no country dares to provoke a nation that is rich, self-sufficient, and militarily prepared. India is now that nation.
The recent Operation Sindoor is a testament to this evolved, decisive India. It wasn't just another response; it was a statement. A message sent loud and clear across the border that India's patience must never be mistaken for weakness. For decades, Pakistan has harbored and sponsored terror outfits, using them as instruments of a proxy war. Our soldiers bled, our civilians suffered, and our borders remained tense.
But no more.
Operation Sindoor was a strategic masterstroke, carefully planned and flawlessly executed. Key terrorist camps, launch pads, and even the so-called "terror factories" shielded by Pakistan's military establishment were reduced to rubble. The operation was not aimed at civilians but at the root of the cancer that has long threatened our peace and sovereignty.
As Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) aptly put it:
"This operation wasn’t just military; it was psychological. It changed the rules of engagement. It told Pakistan: enough is enough."
While our armed forces carried out the mission with unmatched precision, civilians in India faced the brunt of sleepless nights, uncertain mornings, and emotional upheaval. Yet, the spirit of nationalism remained unshaken. From the highest echelons of power to the common man on the street, there was unity in resolve; India will not bow down.
This is the New India. One that believes in peace but is not afraid of war. One that respects dialogue but won’t tolerate deceit. One that builds bridges but knows when to shut the gates.
Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo once observed:
"India under Modi is not just a regional player anymore. It is a global strategic partner that acts with resolve and clarity."
Economic growth and military strength go hand in hand. A strong economy funds advanced weaponry, intelligence infrastructure, and border security. At the same time, a powerful military protects economic corridors and global interests. With reforms, investments, and strategic alliances, India is walking confidently on both legs.
Let the world take note; India will talk peace but carry a big stick.
Modi’s leadership, once doubted by critics, has now proven to be both visionary and daring. From surgical strikes to Operation Sindoor, from reviving the economy post-COVID to reshaping global perceptions, this government has not just promised but delivered.
As Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor, remarked:
"A strong message must be sent to those who threaten our national integrity. India will protect its interests; silently, swiftly, and surely."
India has proved its might.
Let every enemy of peace and progress remember:
Bharat ab chup nahi rahega.
Jai Hind.
I have to update my Blog after 4 hours of my previous blog due to the audacity of Pakistan to violate the ceasefire on our borders...
Our anger is understandable; ceasefire violations, especially when innocent lives are lost or soldiers are martyred, can deeply hurt national sentiment. However, breaking Pakistan into pieces is a complex and dangerous proposition with far-reaching consequences.
Here are a few strategic and pragmatic paths India can consider:
1. Diplomatic Pressure:
Global Isolation: Use international platforms like the UN, G20, and BRICS to highlight Pakistan's duplicity.
Leverage US Mediation: Hold the US accountable as a mediator and push for firm diplomatic consequences for Pakistan's violation.
2. Economic Measures:
Trade Restrictions: Impose or intensify trade barriers and revoke MFN (Most Favoured Nation) status (already done but can be reinforced).
Water Diplomacy: Revisit the Indus Waters Treaty with legal caution, which gives Pakistan strategic water advantages.
3. Military Readiness Without Escalation:
Targeted Retaliation: Use precision strikes or covert ops in response to provocations without full-scale war.
Fortify Defences: Upgrade border defenses and surveillance using AI and drone technology.
4. Internal Stability:
Counter Radicalization: Prevent internal unrest and infiltration through strong intelligence networks.
Support Baluchi and Sindhi Movements: While not overt, moral or ideological support to oppressed ethnic groups can send a message.
5. Strategic Patience with Assertiveness:
India is seen as a responsible power. War is never the first option. But being prepared and assertive deters repeat violations.
Calling for fragmentation of a nation, even an adversary, can backfire internationally and morally. Instead, should India focus more on being a global leader with strong internal unity and diplomatic supremacy?
